Rejuvenating breathing - Pranayama 2

As discussed regarding Anuloma Viloma Pranayama....lets move to a very important method which is advised as best to Control the Breathing.

Lambika Yoga  :  This should be done if not possible  in the presence of Expert.....What is this Lambika..its tongue ...yes our tongue.
  We have another small tongue at Throat...we need to touch this main tongue to that small tongue....i dont know what exactly in English....if we do that for some time....slowly our Prana Spandana = Movement of Air will be down.....and you feel awe some........and one day it will stop completely....and dont worry it will not lead to death......you are taking control of you life slowly........and this is also called 'Kehchari Mudra'.

              Another Method.........Sit Straight always......how?
 Most of you seen Chinese Movies right....observe there the women and men are wearing a wide cloth to their abdomen.....reason behind that is to keep our spine straight and live long years. So keep your spine and head straight when ever possible which will help for smooth rotation of Air= Parana in your body.
              Only after performing Anuloma Viloma Pranayam only you can jump to another Pranayama....which we will discuss later...because we cannot do these Pranayamas with out having control on our cleaning our nerves.
               Keep your thoughts clear......of course it may not be possible some times...but try it. Observe the fact your thoughts reflects in your face....greediness, anger,always negative thinking..etcccc ...( KAMA,KRODHA,LOBHA,MOHA,MADA, & MASCHARYAM). I am not the best person to explain these 6 feeling which are very poisonous in your body....the chemical reactions caused by these elements leads to diseases. These feelings make your body self destructive and automatically your body reflects the effect.
               See every one knows that forbidden fruit is more sweet....It true..if you feel anything is forbidden you get some anxiety and strange reaction in your body.These reactions make the air to flow in wrong nerves which should not be accessed. God wont sit with you and tally all your mistakes and sins...this Body is made to reflect automatically.....all these small mistakes etcc lead your body to store some diseases and side affects.
               There is a topic called Karma Vipakam in Puranas....which explains you that by which mistake you got the disease and how can you cure it....
                 Bathing with hot water immediately after using cold water definitely affects the body...if it is a repeated mistake ...it leads to Leprosy. Even eating Sweet and hot at a time also leads to this disease. Why shall we wait till some one proves from USA or European countries. Every thing is going to be proved  after one more 100 years then you will not be there and i will. So dont waste time.
                 All these mistakes make your body affected in so many ways. Your excitement while doing a bad work your over breathing are not good for health. Dont include this over breathing in sex...its not bad if done with clear mind( Even in this topic forbidden fruits always hit your body worse.....in this case its effect is 100 of times more than normal mistakes).
                 So try to save your Air=Prana for more days and more years.
                 In yoga there is a method.....if you do any thing by keeping out the breath 12 cms distance from your nose.........dont laugh its possible.........what he said keeping the air in distance....the result will not hit your mind soul and body...means no SIN here. Saints Practice Exhaling the breath for most of the time.......which clears Papam=SIN=Diseases caused by this. Try it eating a very interesting food of yours while doing the exhaling of your Air.....but it should not be done with out practice.....you wont get any affect of that food.
                 NOTE : Dont do anything with out practice and dont practice anything in hurry........be calm and practice all pranayama s while your both nostrils are working at a time. Mostly this time come at Sandhyakalam = while sun raise and sun set and some more times.You can even do at the time when Muslims time for NAMAZ.......its also the best time.
