Rejuvenating breathing - Pranayama 3

As discussed we are on the path of Rejuvenating Breathing.....Lets start

Seetalikarana Pranayamam : (All these Pranayamas which I am mentioning are very easy to do and when it would be difficult I suggest there it  self to experts physical guidance only.) This Pranayama is done like KAKA CHUNCHU = Crows peak.......keeping your tongue like Crow's Peak inhale and Exhale the Air int he early Morning ...but doing this your body become cool and u enjoy that..u throat problems will be cured.All the diseases in mouth can be cured by this and give  nice voice.
                     
One more pranayama for making your body cool is Inhale and Exhale from left nose only for some time.For the Over Heat in body every body know that Tender Coconut is the best medicine ever and can use 'Chandanavati' available in Ayurveda shops which also help to reduce the over heat.
                           Inhaling and Exhaling from Right nose increases the Heat in Body.

As Explained in Lambika yoga last time you may not reach your throat with your tongue easily for that you need an expert who can do that....he will suggest you how to make you tongue little lenghty... yes you can do that with a silk cloth by smoothly pulling out  with cloth so that after some time it will be perfect for Lambika yoga.
Caoution : Please do in your Yoga Masters presence only.
 (Eg: One person in Late 70's used to do Hata yoga and one day he was doing some yoga and couldn't concentrate in between his body swelled heavily and he died at spot with his inner parts affected. ) So please be careful....even it is a small one u need experts guidance.
                        We take 21600 breaths a day.If you start Pranayama while doing pranayama and after whole day you body stays unaffected for feelings and excitements and you enjoy light body with high activeness.
                           By performing an artistic Act like some dance and music with devotion (Artistic includes  here dance,martial arts,where no new thing need not be added and can perform with the data in subconscious mind) ...it gives very great affect improves concentration levels and controls your over breathing.
                            U might be surprised that how can a dance and martial art control this.....it works.......daily practicing artists only know that involvement....Music is also a best way...to involve.
                            What happens when we do this? ......have you ever read that all electrons will not move in one direction...only sometimes it happens like that all atoms in your body follow this continuous and well practiced art and dissolves all your thoughts slowly make a single thought of following .....you get extreme concentration and you will be in deep mediation.
                             Performing these acts is also comes in to yoga.......you will get high end results.
