Rejuvenating breathing - Pranayama 4

Happy to see the feed backs from the readers.....
              Recently Scientists are inventing the new Medicines to extend the life span of 10 to 20 years...how much you are ready to spend...Every one in this world are unsecured  that no body knows when our last minute is... . Take the reins of your life...Do not see the Pranayama in Zoom because I have mentioned very simple Pranayamas.. .Do these Pranayama and can gain back that 10 years in your account..  
              Don't expect some result in first Pranayama only...keep doing as a daily work...there is a difference in growth and development ..right.....When you started Pranayama for first time you keep feeling good results after few days and you find it enjoying...when you reach at a particular level you cannot expect the same proportion of growth...you have to change the methods to get extra boost in your healthy body.
              People who feel restless can do few exercises to  keep you calm....just stand straight and bend front and touch the foot( keep exhaling)...inhale while you get up.
             Never take curd in the night..It will reduce your life span ( Do not search for reasons, if you start searching reasons for these simple tasks....most of your life get wasted in simple and waste tasks ).
             When you are unhappy and don't know how to get relaxed.....first release the air from mouth completely and shout if possible( depends on the place ) ....you feel relaxing ...Never try to do any breathing exercise in hurry...rather than helping you  it will hurt you.
              One more important thing is........you observed chemical reactions in your body when you are helpless,afraid and angry......can you live happily with that reactions in body.......they create terrible inconvenience right?....then can't you expect the same reactions in any animal...do you?  yes .....every animal which is killed have some poisonous reactions created in its body before death ...right? If you accept this truth...how would you expect great health and lot of peace in your life...by eating the Animals & Birds.So please avoid Non VEG.. . Every Animal,Bird,Tree ...all creatures have pain...no need to live this short life by hurting others....we are all in middle...lets swim to the end happily  and let others..Nothing you are going to take with you while leaving this beautiful earth....we came here lonely..we are going to leave even with out clothes and this body.
