Triphala Choornam as discussed many times can provide a good health for every one.....
Lets see some uses:
1. Triphala water can be used for teeth...as water pulling early morning keeps Teeth very strong.
2. Triphala water can be used to apply on eyes which can cure all eye diseases.
3. Triphala water can be massaged to hair for good Hair Growth.
All of these are not my own knowledge....every thing mentioned in the site are all from Ayurveda... :)
