Lets discuss few easy techniques for some problems...
1. Pain in Teeth - People used to have some pain in teeth due to different reasons... may be bacteria..and not having strong base for the teeth...For all these small problems...very simple solution is ...when you feel to Urinate have you ever observed that loosing control over your body..... . yes it is.... .So while going for 'Loo' just press your Lower teeth with upper teeth or Vice versa.....it is simple and gives immediate result and relaxation.
2. Ear Problems - Daily in the morning clean your ears with your index finger or ring finger in both of your ears as you can and twist slowly...Til oil or any oil can be applied to finger.by doing this as said in yoga...you can even hear from long distance or extraordinary listening power...even you don't believe it....at least you can be out of your ear problems.
3.For Strong ness of Teeth - Daily after completing eating food, toilet things..water pulling is more suggested...observe after completing these you find that some juices come in mouth ..which are not healthy for teeth and body also....by doing water pulling you can clear this.
Total body can be rejuvenated by just doing Pranayama daily.....clapping with hands daily for few minutes makes all nerves activated in your body...keeps you very active.
